Art in the Fall spirit

The fall holidays are right around the corner. With the fall comes many different, creative ways to celebrate these holidays at school. The Art class is one area that changes things up for the fall. They show their holiday spirit by making several different posters to help put the school in a holiday sprit.

“We are doing several projects including fall murals and making mask with the different processes of making them,” Ms. Nora Rodriguez said.

As students walk down the halls, they are reminded that the fall season has come by the big, Halloween posters that the art class has put up.

“The posters that the art class has made for Halloween are impressive and I think it makes the school look better,” junior Brooklyn Anderson said.

Many people say that art is not a hobby but a way to express theirselves. Art helps some people relieve stress or to make them more happy in difficult times. For a good portion of students it’s hard to express themselves emotionally so they put it in their artwork.

“I love art because it puts me at peace and I like seeing the results of my art ” sophomore Jacob Oyola said.
