Devine High School's Official Student Newspaper
Autumn Copeland

Autumn Copeland, Managing Editor

Hi! My name is Autumn Copeland and I’m a junior at Devine High School. It is my first year on the newspaper staff and I can’t wait to get more journalism experience! After I graduate, I would like to study journalism in college. Some of my interests include reading and writing, plants, and crystals. My favorite book is “Just Kids” by Patti Smith and my favorite candle scent is anything with vanilla in it. I listen to a lot of different types of music but the artists I listen to the most are Fleetwood Mac, Taylor Swift, and Greta Van Fleet. I spend a lot of my time outside of school hanging out with my friends and family. I have a ton of nieces, nephews, and younger cousins so I also babysit a lot when I have free time. A fun fact about myself is that I lived in North Carolina and Lubbock, Texas my first two years of high school so I feel very grateful to be back in my hometown with familiar faces. I am excited to spend this year creating stories and getting more people interested in The Warhorse!
