The Student Council launched a new summer-style fundraiser! “Soak-a-Senior,” an event designed to boost student participation and raise money for campus activities.
The fundraiser will help support future pep rallies, appreciation days and other student-led events, Student Council sponsor Christina Moralez said.
Students paid for chances to drench participating seniors using water guns, sponge throws and bucket pours. The event was hosted in the practice field.
Student Council leaders said they hope to make Soak-a-Senior an annual tradition, calling it a fun and refreshing way to bring students together.
