There’s an app for that

Theres an app for that

With eight classes a day the life of a high school student can be quite chaotic. Add homework, quizzes, and tests to the equations, and that makes it much more hectic. Finding a way to get organized may be easier than one may think.

Modern technology has made it easier to stay organized with the use of an iPhone, iPad or even iPod. Every single one of these items come equipped with apps such as Notes or Reminders.  Both of these apps work in similar ways to help  keep up with all of the things a student needs to keep up with, but both of them are different in their own ways. Though these apps are on all of these devices, most kids these days carry around their iPhone during school.

“I don’t know how I would keep up with my school work without my iphone,” junior Dayleena Alanis said.

Reminders will send notifications at a certain time to remind about the event that is planned. For instance if a student had a major test in their English class, they could simply type in what time and day they would like to be reminded to study. When that time roles around the phone will send a notification saying it is time to study.

Like Reminders, the Notes apps is also used to remember certain events that are going on. One big difference is that Notes does not send  a notification. Notes are more helpful when  trying to remember things like page numbers or book titles.  The only thing a student must do is remember to check notes for the information.

With these few ways to keep students organized, turning in assignments on time and even remembering to study should just be a touch away.
