With the first scrimmages of the season in the books, the Arabian softball team has looked very strong early on. In scrimmages against Uvalde, Poteet, Pleasanton, and Natalia, the young Arabian team has showed a lot of potential under their new head coach Steve Anderson.

“I see a lot of potential for us in the future,” Senior Sam Latta said. “We’ve done a lot of things right, but there’s always room for improvement. Once we get into the swing of things, I think we’re going to have a very successful season.”

The Arabians had their first game of the season in Pleasanton on Tuesday. Scores were not available at time of press.
