Welcome back, DHS, to another amazing school year. I’m Bryson, and I’m so glad to be back. But first, we got to talk about something disappointing — the Cowboys game this weekend, getting blown out 31 to 13 by the Ravens, with Joe Milton going 9 for 19 for like a hundred something yards. That’s disappointing. We expect better, but let’s hope they can redeem themselves tonight with the Falcons game at 7 p.m.
But first, let’s talk about the Ten Commandments with Maverick.
Oh, hey DHS. I didn’t see you there. I was just too busy thinking about Texas Senate Bill 10 — you know, the law that was going to require every classroom in the state of Texas to hang up a poster of the Ten Commandments. Keyword was, because a federal judge from San Antonio just blocked the law from taking effect.
See, it was authored by Republican Senator Phil King, and his main reason for this law is that he wanted children to hang on to some moral clarity. He wanted them to hang on to some heritage. Fred Berry, who is the U.S. District Court judge from San Antonio, deemed it unconstitutional and a violation of the First Amendment. So, this will not affect Texas classrooms.
Now, the Cambridge Dictionary has added new words to their dictionary because of TikTok trends and social media trends — the new words being skitty, dulu, trade wife, and 6,000 new words added in total. The U.K. dictionary also came up with a sentence that the Cambridge Dictionary did not want to add — it was “That’s not skippy riz of you.”
But that’s all I have to say. On to Ally.
Roblox — a childhood game that all the kids used to play in the 2000s — is getting a lawsuit filed by Louisiana for not protecting their children from child predators. There’s also another lawsuit going on in Louisiana by Attorney General Liz Murrill, suing for not protecting children on the online game.
Luckily, we have nice people out here who go on these games and try to catch these child predators and these monsters. And luckily, there’s this one YouTuber who managed to get the whole thing started, named Schle. He’s a Texas-based YouTuber, and he was permanently banned on Roblox for violating the Roblox rules.
But all of this is crazy. On to Jacob.
Thank you, Ally. In World News — at the Peace Summit — the Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, said that a peace agreement between Ukraine and Russia is a long way off. This war between Ukraine and Russia has been going on for about three and a half years, and they are no longer sending troops to Ukraine to aid in the war.
Thank you, Nathan. Did you guys know that recently Gen Z has stopped using Kaji Vape? Not because it’s a bad AI or anything, but because it’s bad for our environment. You see, Chant uses 1 million liters of water per day. And this has gotten so bad that even Cambridge students have stopped using it. Less than one-third of them use it for help on their assignments, and less than two-thirds use it for help with studying.
Not only are students using it, yes, but even South Carolina, during its recent wildfires, had advised residents to stop using Track so that they can conserve water. We can really make a change in the A.I. community, especially with Project Stars, which is a new Texas facility that will be using more than 5 million gallons of water for each facility they have.
Thank you for listening, DHS. See you guys next time, and don’t forget to drink your water.

This news is crazy, like Roblox going to court and the Ukrainian and Russian war. The dictionary being updated is unexpected, but also pretty funny.

This is a very informational video, and has some very good editing. Good job!

Very nice video, I can’t say anything since I am in it but I think we did well.
